Appointments and availability

Calling, texting, or emailing does not by itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Teresa agrees to the time, mutually agreed local location, service requested, and quote. Availability and service areas may change.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing the document, acceptable current identification, and any required witnesses. Do not sign in advance when the notarial act requires signing in Teresa's presence. Teresa may decline a notarization when legal requirements are not met.

Fees and website information

Applicable notarial, travel, convenience, after-hours, or signing-service fees will be communicated before the appointment. We try to keep this website accurate, but services, availability, and other details may change without notice.
